International Institute for Musculoskeletal Health Education

US Expert Advisory Group

The International Institute for Musculoskeletal Health Education (IIMHE) is proud to be supported by a highly regarded US Expert Advisory Group, whose collective expertise strengthens our global educational mission.

The United States plays a pivotal role in shaping global healthcare standards and innovation, particularly in the international expansion of Radiofrequency Echographic Multi-Spectrometry (REMS) services. IIMHE is honoured to engage US-based leaders whose insights help guide clinical education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and global best practice. It is also grateful for their generosity in contributing time, knowledge, and leadership in support of advancing musculoskeletal health education worldwide.

Our advisory group brings together complementary expertise across integrative health, clinical excellence, and strategic leadership:

Ms Debi Robinson

Debi Robinson is a Functional Bone Health Expert, Certified Yoga Therapist, and educator with more than a decade of experience advancing non-pharmaceutical, lifestyle-based approaches to bone health and fracture prevention. After undergoing a total hip replacement at age 51, Debi devoted her career to understanding the root causes of bone loss and helping women build strong, resilient bones through evidence-based movement, nutrition, gut health optimisation, and stress regulation.

Debi is known for challenging outdated paradigms about osteoporosis, reframing bone loss as a metabolic and inflammatory condition rather than an inevitable consequence of aging. She brings a systems-based perspective to bone health, integrating functional lab testing, therapeutic movement, and lifestyle interventions. As the host of the Stronger Bones Lifestyle podcast, she engages with leading experts in bone biology, imaging, and longevity. She contributes thought leadership to the evolving field of proactive bone health.

Dr Doug Lucas

Dr. Doug Lucas is a leading expert in osteoporosis and longevity medicine. As a double board-certified physician and founder of The OsteoCollective, he helps people—especially midlife women—reverse bone loss, optimise hormones, and reclaim strength and vitality through an evidence-based, root-cause approach. His message: osteoporosis is not a life sentence, and conventional medicine isn’t your only option. Dr. Doug left his career as an orthopedic surgeon after becoming frustrated with a system that waited until bones were broken before taking action. Now, he’s on a mission to teach people how to take control of their health before disease sets in. Whether he’s speaking on bone health, functional medicine, or aging with intention, Dr. Doug delivers clear, relatable, science-backed insights your audience will remember—and act on.

Ms Marsha Samuels

Founder | OsteoScan USA

Marsha Samuels is an entrepreneur, strategic operations consultant, and collaboration architect with more than 30 years of leadership spanning financial services, tax strategy, and integrative healthcare. After founding and successfully leading a financial advisory and mortgage brokerage firm, she transitioned into healthcare consulting—bringing rigorous business discipline, operational excellence, and systems thinking to modern medical practices.

Her work in healthcare became deeply personal when she discovered advanced, radiation-free bone health technology that had a profound impact on her own health. Recognising the critical gaps in early detection, patient education, and proactive assessment, she founded OsteoScan USA in 2025. The organisation is dedicated to advancing proactive bone health through innovative diagnostic solutions and empowering individuals to take ownership of their long-term skeletal and metabolic health.
